Return Process

- Receive Instructions: We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions
- Ship Return: Package items securely and attach the provided label
- Process Refund: Refunds issued within 5-7 business days of receipt
What We Cannot Accept
- Opened intimate products (for health and safety reasons)
- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defect
- Products returned after 30 days without prior approval
- Digital products successfully downloaded (unless technically defective)
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange unopened items for a different size, color, or product within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. We'll arrange return shipping and send your new item as soon as we receive the original.
Exchange Fee: $5.99 to cover additional shipping costs (waived for defective items or our shipping errors).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll make it right immediately.
Report Issues Within 48 Hours
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damaged items or packaging. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we'll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement if the package cannot be located.
